Congratulations Class of 2022!

This past weekend, JUMC celebrated our graduating class of 2022 all weekend long, May 20-22.  The High School Seniors met for breakfast on Friday morning at
Tex and Shirley’s in High Point.  Last year, we started a new tradition with a Scholarship & Senior Banquet on Saturday evening, which was the case this year as well.  Our graduating seniors, their families and the committees came together and the scholarships  were presented in a more formal and intimate celebration.  The event was recorded and will be posted on our YouTube channel later this week in the event you would like to watch.  www.youtube.com/c/JamestownUMCnc

On Sunday morning the graduating high school and college seniors were recognized at each service.  Of course later
Sunday afternoon, we offered our annual Baccalaureate service for the community followed by a reception.  Two of our High Seniors shared a reflection of their faith journey and Dr. Preston Davis was the guest speaker for the occasion.

All in all, it was a beautiful weekend that God provided and we were able to celebrate our graduating class of 2022 in person and inside.
Please help us in congratulating the graduating class of 2022.
