OUR GOALS

JUMP was started in 1958 and serves as an outreach mission of Jamestown United Methodist Church.  We have created a program which honors and respects children as active learners & allows them to learn at developmentally appropriate levels. 

We apply recognized professional standards which support a quality preschool program. 

Tuition Rates for Fall 2025

Tuition is due monthly at the first of the month beginning in September.

Tuition is accepted in a variety of ways:  cash, check, automatic draft from a bank account, automatic payment

from a credit/debit card* or by POS terminal in the preschool office.
* there is a 3% surcharge we pass along to you if you use a credit or debit card.

Tuition may be paid from the 1st until the 15th of the month. On the 16th, it is considered late.

 1/2s, 2s & 3s

(our 3 year old class is offered 3, 4 or 5 days. Not 2)

2 day a week      $190 per month

3 days a week    $220 per month

4 days a week    $270 per month

5 days a week    $300 per month

4s & 4/5s  

4 days a week    $270 per month

HOURS

For our 1/2s, 2s and 3s - Mon – Fri 9:00 -12:00 noon daily.

Lunch Bunch is offered beginning in October from 12:00 – 1:00 Mon-Thurs.

For our 4s & 4/5s – Mon – Wed 9:00 – 1:00 Thurs. & Fri 9:00 – 12:00

JUMP operates their school year beginning the Tuesday after Labor Day
and ends the Friday before Memorial Day. 

 
Various holidays, inclement weather and workdays are observed in conjunction with
Guilford County Schools.  

In times of inclement weather, we may stay open if the

southern part of the county is clear of snow and ice.

Enrollment is on a first come first served basis.

A non-refundable registration fee of $85 for the first child and $75 for siblings is due at the time of registration each year.  Tuition is charged monthly. 

Your child must be fully vaccinated according to North Carolina Pediatric guidelines in order to be enrolled at JUMP. A completed vaccination form from your pediatrician's office can be emailed or handed to the director.

For our 1/2s class, children must be 1 on or before August 31^st, able to walk and drink from a sippy cup to be registered in this class. 

Children in the 2, 3 and 4 year old class must be the age of the class they are registering for on or before August 31^st of that school year.

Children in the 4/5 class must be 5 by December 15^th and/or meet screening requirements.

Children in the 3, 4 and 4/5 classes should be completely potty trained and able to independently use the restroom and ask for help if needed.
