Bible Studies

Pastor's Bible Study | Began Sept. 8th

"Breaking the Code; Understanding the Book of Revelation”
Led by Dr. David Greene

The Book of Revelation contains scripture passages of great beauty and comfort, as well as passages that seem bewildering and even frightening. So how can we discover God’s message for us in this often neglected and misunderstood part of scripture.

Join Dr. David Greene for this Bible study as we seek to better understand the powerful message of this book of the Bible.

Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm in the Fortney Classroom

The Book of Hebrews
Begins Sept. 23 & 27

Led by Pastor Josh Barnes

The book of Hebrews invites today’s reader to discover afresh that “strange new world within the Bible.”  Often overlooked in a collection of New Testament letters, this sermon presses to be heard on its own terms.  Here salvation comes to the world by a thoroughly Jewish messiah, Jesus of Nazareth.  He stands at the frontier between this world and the one to come, between God and creation, as the Great High Priest who intercedes on our behalf—even now.

Join this 8 week study either in person or online.
