JUMC Outreach Thrift Center

The Outreach Thrift Center was formed many years ago by some caring ladies who wanted to help children.  It has grown into a body that still gives to our schools, but also to so many other organizations.

The JUMC Outreach Center operates through the volunteer efforts of dozens of women and men and is a vital support of our community.  Generous donations from our church members and others, allow the Center to continue to serve those who are most in need.  One of its missions is to offer quality goods (i.e. clothing, shoes, household goods, etc.) to be purchased at a minimal price to those, in our community, who visit.  The center is governed by a Board, the director, Doll Pridgen and the treasurer, Don McDaniel.  All proceeds are returned throughout the community through donations.
